Ingredients

  • 1 cup Orange Juice
  • 2 cups plain low-fat Yogurt
  • 4 small Bananas
  • Honey to taste

Banana Licious Smoothie

Directions

Peel the bananas and measure the orange juice and yogurt. Place all the ingredients in a blender. Blend on low speed until smooth.
