Berry Banana Smoothie
There's no more classic combo than fresh berries and bananas. Here, just a touch of honey shines up their flavors even more.
Ingredients
- 1 small banana, peeled, cut up, and frozen
- 1/4 cup fresh or frozen assorted berries (such as strawberries, blackberries, and/or raspberries)
- 1 cup orange juice
- 3 tablespoons low-fat vanilla yogurt
- Sliced fresh strawberries (optional)
Directions
- In a blender container combine the frozen banana pieces, desired berries, orange juice, and yogurt. Cover and blend till smooth.
- To serve, pour intotall glasses. If desired, garnish each drink with fresh strawberries.
