Berry Banana Smoothie

There's no more classic combo than fresh berries and bananas. Here, just a touch of honey shines up their flavors even more.

Ingredients

  • 1 small banana, peeled, cut up, and frozen
  • 1/4 cup fresh or frozen assorted berries (such as strawberries, blackberries, and/or raspberries)
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 3 tablespoons low-fat vanilla yogurt
  • Sliced fresh strawberries (optional)

Berry Banana Smoothie

Directions

  1. In a blender container combine the frozen banana pieces, desired berries, orange juice, and yogurt. Cover and blend till smooth.
  2. To serve, pour intotall glasses. If desired, garnish each drink with fresh strawberries.
