Blueberry Pineapple Smoothie
Ingredients
- 2 cups chilled fresh or frozen blueberries, slightly thawed
- 1 cup chilled pineapple-orange juice, or pineapple-orange-strawberry juice
- 1 8-ounce carton vanilla nonfat yogurt
- 1 tablespoon sugar
Directions
- In a blender container, combine all ingredients.
- Cover and blend for 1 to 2 minutes or until almost smooth.
