Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 8 oz fat free yogurt
  • milk to thin (Skim is fine)

Directions

  1. Process in blender. Because the berries are frozen, the result is almost like a malt.
  2. Use plain yogurt,add a little sugar or Equal and sometimes vanilla. Or, used blueberry or lemon yogurt.
