Ingredients

  • 1 md Ripe peach
  • 3/4 c Fresh OR frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 Banana -- peeled
  • 2 c Skimmed evaporated milk -chilled
  • 4 ts Frozen orange juice concentrate
  • 1 t Vanilla
  • 4-6 ice cubes
  • Cinnamon -- optional

Fruit Salad Smoothie

Directions

  1. Combine everything in blender except ice and cinnamon.
  2. With blender running, add ice cubes one at a time.Divide Smoothie into 4 chilled glasses and sprinkle with cinnamon
