Ingredients

  • 2 cups nonfat vanilla yogurt
  • 1 cup mango nectar
  • 2 mangos, peeled and chopped
  • 1/4 tsp. cardomom

Mango Mania Smoothie

Directions

Add all ingredients to blender and process until smooth. Add 1 cup of ice cubes and blend till crushed andsmooth.
