Ingredients

  • 1 mango -- peeled, seeded and chopped
  • 2 bananas -- peeled and chopped
  • 8 large strawberries
  • 2 medium carrots -- chopped
  • 2 cups ice cubes
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 cup yogurt -- optional

Mega Smoothie

Directions

  1. In a blender combine half of each ingredient, including: mango, bananas, strawberries, carrots, ice cubes, honeyand yogurt and blend until smooth.
  2. Pour into a glass and serve immediately. Repeat process for remaining
