Peachy Power Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 cup Low-fat vanilla yogurt
- 1 cup Sliced peaches
- 1/4 cup Wheat germ
- 1/4 cup Orange juice
- 1 cup Ice cubes
Directions
- In blender or food processor, combine yogurt, peaches, banana, wheat germ,= 1/4 cup orange juice and icecubes.
- Cover and blend about 1 minute, or until smooth. Serve immediately
Poured into tall glasses andgarnished with peach slices and sprinkled with 2 tablespoons wheat germ.
