Ingredients

  • 1 cup Low-fat vanilla yogurt
  • 1 cup Sliced peaches
  • 1/4 cup Wheat germ
  • 1/4 cup Orange juice
  • 1 cup Ice cubes

Peachy Power Smoothie

Directions

  1. In blender or food processor, combine yogurt, peaches, banana, wheat germ,= 1/4 cup orange juice and icecubes.
  2. Cover and blend about 1 minute, or until smooth. Serve immediately

Poured into tall glasses andgarnished with peach slices and sprinkled with 2 tablespoons wheat germ.
