Smoothies
Power Berry Smoothie
Ingredients
- cup cranberry juice
- 1 cup fresh or frozen strawberries
- 1 8 ounce container of vanilla yogurt
- 2/3 cup uncooked oats
- 1 cup ice cubes
- sugar to taste
Directions
Place all ingredients except ice in blender. Cover and blend on high for 2 minutes or until smooth. Gradually add ice cubes; blend on high until smooth.
