Ingredients

  • 1 cup light (reduced sugar) fat-free vanilla yogurt
  • 1 cup skim milk
  • 1 banana
  • 3" cube of soft tofu
  • 3/4 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup strawberries

Tropical Tofu Berry Smoothie

Directions

  1. Put yogurt, milk, banana, tofu, and Equal into blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Add berries and blend again untilsmoothie consistency is reached.
